"There's always that one know-it-all..."
You know how it goes, there's always that one person who thinks they have all the answers. I had a chat with a dude named Shawn who insisted it costs a fortune to make a Jacuzzi or hot tub, and that finding a manufacturer open to customization is a real challenge. What Shawn didn’t realize is that I’m a business owner, and my mansion project is gonna have 50-70 rooms. Any manufacturer willing to help me customize that many jacuzzis or hot tubs would definitely be compensated well. Folks like Shawn just love to brag about their experience, but honestly, nobody cares about how long you've been in the game, especially when you’re just an employee and not the boss. It’s frustrating to see businesses struggle because of know-it-alls like him. I didn’t ask for his unsolicited advice on the costs of making jacuzzis or hot tubs, and that’s why I had to cut the conversation short. I’m surprised no one has reported Shawn yet, but trust me, he won’t last long at that company. Customers appreciate businesses that go the extra mile to meet their needs. Sticking to the same old ways and refusing to adapt is why people turn to companies that are willing to give them what they really want.

"Steer Clear of This Company's Covers"
I've bought around eight 20x40 covers with a 15-year warranty over the past 15 years. The neighbor's dog and some falling tree branches were the issues. This year, I got another heavy-duty cover that was supposed to last 15 years, but it felt way thinner than the ones I had before. It only held up for about five months. I have a hunch it was a 5-year cover packed in a 15-year box. It’s got holes and leaks like crazy. Ended up with an algae mess that cost me $650 just for the chemicals to fix it. I reached out to their customer service four times, and not once did I get a reply or even a confirmation that they got my emails. Their customer service is really lacking. Seriously, don’t buy covers from this company. They ignore emails and won’t stand by their warranty.

"Poor shipping and communication experience."
I ordered a few things from them, and the prices are a bit better than elsewhere. However, the shipping is really slow, and my other order still hasn’t shipped after over a week. Plus, their communication is pretty terrible.

"Great Deals - Quick Delivery"
I regularly purchase my hot tub supplies from this business and think they’re excellent. They offer a wide variety and a comprehensive website. Once, I was in need of a heater for my tub, so I called them up, and they had it available. I received it in just 3 days. Super satisfied. Would definitely suggest to friends. "Amazing Company for All Your Needs!"
I've been ordering from poolandspa.com for years and never faced any issues. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else and would totally recommend it to anyone!

"Lack of Communication"
I placed an order for a motor costing $350 that was listed as in stock. I got a confirmation email right after, but after a week and sending two emails through their order status system, I've heard nothing back. No calls, no emails... just silence. Be cautious, folks.
